Pre-Purchase a "lived in" home

This is the most common type of inspection.  Older homes may have foundation problems, additions added, or hidden problems.  We thoroughly inspect the house adhering to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice to make sure you know what you are getting and that the house is safe.

Pre-Purchase a New Home

New homes may not be as complete as they seem.  Let us check it out to make sure the "punch list" and other details have been fixed correctly.

Builder Warranty Inspection

New homes have warranties by the builder, usually for 1 year.  Let us inspect your home to find problems that the builder will fix for free!

Investor Inspection

We only check the major components (foundation, roof, structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical).  This will give the investor a quick review  before making their decision at less than 1/2 the cost of a traditional inspection.

Pre-Sell Inspection

Before you sell your home, make sure you know what problems exist.  We can inspect and point out problems that can be fixed.  When a prospective buyer has an inspection before making the purchase, the house will already have been checked out and will be more appealing with less problems listed.
